PATRONS RENEWING OR REPLACING LIBRARY CARDS
o If the patron has any old fine or fee over $5.00, do not issue a new card or update their current one unless the payment is made down to $5.00.
o If the patron has any lost items on their card, do not issue a new card or update their current one unless the complete payment is made.
