25th Anniversary Book Lists
Hi everyone,
For the library's 25th anniversary, I am compiling lists of the staff's 25 favorite books. There will be three lists -- one for adults, teens, and children. Please let me know what your favorite books are! If you can email me your top 2 or 3 picks (for any age group) by Friday, April 4th, that would be excellent.
Thanks for your help!
Heather

ITEM HOLDS
Watch out! When a patron has holds, the number of holds available will come up. Make sure that you find all the books cause they may not be one the "called" shelf yet.
It would be a shame if a patron left without an item, but once home and receive another call.

LOCKING BATHROOM -- UPDATE !
CLOSING PROCEDURES/CHANGES – lock the bathrooms ½ hour before closing each day. Key can be requested from the Circulation Staff and will have to be monitored as such. The sign says “may” since a program may require they not be locked. Use your best judgment and coordinate with whoever is having any program so you are on the same page.
The bathrooms must be unlocked after closing because the cleaning person needs to get in them to clean. Thanks...

Public Internet Room
- Close the Public Internet Room ten minutes prior to the regular library closing time. Signs are posted. Assist patrons in a POSITIVE manner, as they may be trying to finish something and use your best judgment. Please give the computer room users a reminder that “the room will close in ten minutes”. Please give any feedback to Sheree. Thanks.

KID'S CONNECT PRINTER
The printer on the Kid's Connect has been disabled.
If someone wants to print a word document from these computers, the help or circ staff can use a jump drive, copy the document and print it from the staff or circ computer. Don't give the jump drive to the patron as it may contain someone else's work (privacy issues). Thanks.
