Outside Book Drop
Make sure the door is latched correctly.
On a number of occasions the door has been found swinging open.

School Books that are dropped off here accidently

BIG YUCK !
The whole fridge needs to be cleaned out AND especially the freezer needs to be defrosted.
To accomplish this, all perishables must be taken home or tossed out by Friday, 5/11/07 at 5:00 p.m.
The management is not responsible for items are left behind and may be tossed.

Vacation Days and Time Off
Just a reminder!
Would everyone write on their time cards the date and hours to be used for vacation and/or sick time. This would be a great help to me when doing payroll. It makes it easier for me to get payroll correct and to keep track of time used.

Space concerns !
And I am not talking about in the building, but on the computer system.
Our server is loaded. If you have documents saved to the Shared drive, go through them and delete anything that is unnecessary or no longer needed.
If you have personal stuff you need to save, buy a flash drive!
After two weeks I may just clear it out myself because that's the way i am.

There are only 3 books left out and the rest are done. Thanks Carol W. We are doing the same process for all new books that have CD's also. And Carol W. is going back and doing some of the ones in the drawer too! YEA

Land that Job rescheduled
Another Energy event had to be rescheduled.
Land that Job, originally scheduled for the 8th, has been rescheduled for May 17th.

Bookmobile Anniversary
We are celebrating one year of bookmobile service for the first two weeks of May. Patron photos are up on the flickr site, take a look at all the happy faces! The cupcakes are a huge hit...just wish the sprinkles weren't hitting the floor in such vast quantities! Yuck!
