IMPACT FEES

FYI --this is a fee paid by a builder for a new home build.

There are a few people at Circ allowed to do these: Judy, Pat, & Mary Kate
Any of the Managers can also handle impact fees.

Fees are currently $50, $100, or $120 so don't quote a fee to anyone over the phone unless you have checked with someone.
